Senior Solution Sales Executive - Moveworks (Finnish Speaking)

About the role

ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Solution Sales Executive for its Moveworks products in Helsinki. Moveworks products sit on the ServiceNow Service Management platform and give enterprises a single source of truth for executing processes with uniform information. The executive supports the strategy and solution wins for specialty solution areas, depending on the engagement model.

Key responsibilities

• Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement, account use-case targeting and execution.
• Give input to Account Executives during account planning, based on territory strategy, and ensure alignment with Now Value principles.
• Help customers envision the value of a digital transformation and develop strategy with the account team, customer and partners.
• Work with Solution Consultants and specialists on capability roadmaps, based on the engagement model.
• Coach AEs, ADRs and ACEs on specialty solution knowledge to identify opportunities and help manage the sales cycle.
• Tailor time allocation to the needs of the territory and account team and celebrate successes.

Required profile

• 7+ years of knowledge of the return on investment of specialty solutions to lead a solution win.
• Experience as an Account Executive or in another sales/customer service role.
• Understanding of business sales processes.
• Fluency in Finnish is essential.
• Experience thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making or problem-solving, such as using AI-powered tools, automating workflows or analysing AI-driven insights.
