Regional Sales Manager, Low-Voltage Equipment, Panel Builders and OEMs

About the role

ABB is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (Aluemyyntipäällikkö) for its domestic sales within the Smart Buildings and Smart Power divisions. The role covers named low-voltage equipment panel builders and OEM customers, combining technical knowledge with customer work. It is based in Helsinki (Pitäjänmäki) and requires travel across Finland for 50–80 days a year; a hybrid working model is used.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop customer relationships proactively, ensuring sales targets and customer satisfaction
• Gather and analyse market information on customers' environments, competitors, business goals and development needs
• Prepare customer plans and present tailored solutions that improve productivity and customer experience
• Work closely with ABB's industrial sales channel

Required profile

• A few years of experience in B2B sales in industry or technical wholesale
• Knowledge of low-voltage products and/or distribution solutions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Analytical and strategic approach to sales, understanding customers' businesses
• Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English
• Higher education degree, e.g. technical or commercial field

Required skills
