Implementation Manager - Quote to Order

About the role

ABB Robotics is hiring three Implementation Managers to drive its global Quote-to-Order transformation, standardizing commercial processes and digital solutions across the business. The role works closely with country commercial organizations to introduce the global Quote-to-Order process and supports countries through the transition to the target process and tools. It reports to the Business Process Manager and is part of the Commercial Excellence - Quote to Order Process organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the global Quote-to-Order process across the region
• Facilitate workshops mapping current country processes against the global target, identifying gaps and defining how they are resolved
• Support countries through a complete tool landscape transformation, helping teams understand new processes and navigate new tools
• Act as primary business process advisor and second-level tool support contact for the region's countries
• Coordinate deployment of CPQ and related solutions, including commercial process integration and handover into SAP S/4HANA
• Build trusted relationships with sales organizations and key stakeholders, and act as the primary implementation contact for the region
• Define and execute country implementation plans covering preparation, testing, training, go-live and stabilization, coordinating UAT and readiness with countries and IT/IS teams
• Champion continuous improvement after go-live by turning recurring business challenges into structured requirements for process and tool enhancements

Required profile

• 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial process implementation, digital transformation or business change roles in a B2B environment
• Good understanding of commercial processes such as quotation, pricing, configuration, sales operations or order handling
• Experience working across multiple countries and in matrix organizations; structured, self-driven and ownership-oriented
• Fluent in English; local or regional language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region, especially during implementation phases

Required skills

• Advantage: experience with commercial platforms such as CPQ, CRM, CLM or ERP
• Advantage: experience with commercial processes integrated with SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP environments
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills with both business and technical audiences
