Global Sales Support Engineer - Electrical

About the role

ABB is looking for a Global Sales Support Engineer to join its Global Customer Support (GCS) team in IEC LV Motors Vaasa. The engineer gives technical and commercial support to sales units in the field of IEC low voltage motors and reports to the Global Customer Support Hub Manager. The work model is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and commercial support to global and local sales teams and customers, advising on technical options and cost-effective solutions
• Respond to inquiries related to quotations and required documentation
• Collaborate with the factory organization and other relevant stakeholders
• Perform diagnostics and analysis to make improvement recommendations based on customer needs

Required profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering
• Fluent English and Finnish, written and spoken
• Good communication skills and comfort in a global environment
• Familiarity or previous experience with LV motors technology
• Previous experience with tools such as SAP and Salesforce
• Other languages, especially German, are an advantage
