Senior Account Advisor, SME

About the role

Ayvens, a global leader in sustainable mobility with over 3.1 million vehicles managed across more than 40 countries, is looking for a Senior Account Advisor for its Customer Engagement team in Vantaa. This is a permanent, full-time position. You will act as a reliable partner for your clients, handling client relationships, profitability monitoring and contract lifecycle management, while helping develop the team's processes and supporting the Team Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and maintain the client portfolio
• Manage the profitability of accounts
• Handle daily customer service and ensure a great customer experience
• Support the team in reaching its KPI targets
• Deliver development projects and initiatives
• Support the Team Manager in day-to-day leadership and train new employees

Required profile

• Commercial background and experience working at the customer interface
• Previous experience in the financial sector
• Positive, solution-oriented approach and strong motivation to work with clients in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn quickly and adopt new ways of working
• Fluent Finnish and English
