Freelance Creative Operations Manager (Remote)

About the role

Shook Digital is looking for a Freelance Creative Operations Manager to own the production machine from concept to delivery. You will develop scripts, manage talent and deadlines, and ensure high‑performing UGC assets are produced at speed.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end production workflow, balancing creative quality with a 20‑day delivery target.
• Develop concepts and scripts yourself before any filming begins.
• Run an AI‑augmented production platform, using tools such as ElevenLabs for voice‑over.
• Source, manage and “ghost‑proof” a network of creators, ensuring briefs are followed and deadlines met.
• Review raw footage with a TikTok‑native eye and provide direct feedback to improve hooks and energy.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in scriptwriting and concept development for short‑form video.
• Strong operational mindset; you build the spreadsheets and systems that keep messy workflows smooth.
• Fluency with TikTok’s format and a keen eye for high‑retention hooks in the first seconds.
• High agency and resilience – you act proactively when creators drop out or timelines tighten.

Required skills

• CapCut or similar short‑form editing tools.
• TikTok platform expertise.
