Head of Communications & Investor Relations, Global

About the role

We’re looking for a Head of Communications and Investor Relations to join our global team at Reaktor. In this role you will lead the group‑wide communications and investor‑relations function, working closely with leadership, legal, finance and the global marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall communications strategy, including media, PR, executive communications and investor relations.
• Plan and deliver key messaging, the investor story and thought leadership, focusing on technology, AI and European defence.
• Build and lead the newly created investor‑relations function, shaping IR strategy, equity story and market positioning.
• Own investor communications such as financial reports, stock‑exchange releases and press releases, ensuring compliance with MAR and Nasdaq Helsinki disclosure rules.
• Prepare, plan and manage crisis and incident communications.
• Write, ghost‑write, proofread and edit communications, using AI only when it enhances copy.
• Collaborate closely with internal communications and manage agency relationships.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a robust communications background and a proactive, self‑starter attitude.
• Proven experience in communications, preferably in professional services or technology, and experience in investor relations at a publicly listed company.
• Ability to discuss financial performance with investors and analysts and quickly master MAR and Nasdaq Helsinki rules.
• Fluent in Finnish and English (Dutch and Swedish a plus) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of modern communications and investor‑relations playbooks and the use of AI in communications.
• Structured planning and budget management skills with an ROI‑driven mindset.
