Marketing Producer – Clash Royale

About the role

Supercell is looking for a Marketing Producer to bring operational excellence to Clash Royale. You will work at the heart of a new global marketing organisation, turning strategic direction into hands‑on execution that reaches millions of gamers worldwide. This role offers the chance to shape the future of game marketing for one of the most iconic live‑games titles.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Game Development and external partners to define, execute and operationalise multi‑title campaigns.
• Support the Marketing Lead in delivering all marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines and manage budgets for each campaign.
• Track and report budget usage, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Conduct quality checks on marketing assets to guarantee brand consistency.
• Manage end‑to‑end production processes for non‑owned channels and test new creatives.
• Maintain existing partner relationships and source new partners to enhance campaign reach.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with global, large‑scale marketing campaigns.
• Agency or creative production background.
• Deep knowledge of marketing production, project management and outsourcing pipelines.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset thriving in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent command of English and passion for gaming.
