Product Marketing Manager – Brawl Stars

About the role

The Product Marketing Manager for Brawl Stars will own go‑to‑market execution for updates, seasons and IP collaborations, turning each launch into a buzz‑worthy moment. Reporting to the Live Ops Marketing Lead, you will work at the intersection of game development, creative production and community, ensuring the world notices new content. This senior individual‑contributor role is based in Helsinki.

Key responsibilities

• Own go‑to‑market planning and creative execution for updates, seasons, chapters and collaborations from concept through delivery and retrospective.
• Drive creative direction for campaigns, working with in‑house artists, video producers and external partners to produce trailers, social content and launch assets.
• Collaborate with the game team to shape feature reveals, co‑designing animations, teasers and in‑game communication.
• Partner with community managers and creators to amplify launches organically and design shareable moments.
• Coordinate evergreen marketing campaigns and work with regional teams to add local cultural relevance.
• Analyze campaign performance with Marketing Analytics, run AB tests and iterate to improve growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in gaming or entertainment.
• Strong creative instincts with the ability to give clear, actionable feedback on trailers, social posts and campaign concepts.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, content culture and trends among younger audiences.
• Experience working across brand, performance, influencer and esports marketing functions.
• Excellent project‑management skills, able to run multiple launches in parallel while keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Self‑starter attitude toward using AI tools and experimenting with new approaches.
• Growth mindset, team player and fluent English communication.
• Willingness to relocate to or already based in Helsinki.
