Corporate Brand Manager

About the role

Supercell is looking for a Corporate Brand Manager to steward and evolve its corporate brand. You will join the Brand, Communications & Social Impact team and work closely with Marketing and other functions to bring the refreshed brand strategy to life worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the corporate brand strategy in partnership with the Brand, Communications & Social Impact team and Head of Marketing.
• Ensure cohesive brand identity and messaging across all channels, building strong buy‑in from stakeholders.
• Act as the internal point of contact for brand guidance, supporting new initiatives and ensuring consistent application.
• Design and coordinate interior design and brand activations for the new Supercell headquarters.
• Manage brand guidelines and governance, keeping the brand flexible yet consistent.
• Provide creative direction for corporate marketing materials, website, internal documents, partnerships, events and merchandise.
• Monitor and analyse brand performance using key metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead creative corporate brand campaigns from concept through execution, aligning with strategic goals.

Required profile

• Strong sense of brand, visual quality and storytelling with an eye for what “good” looks like.
• Comfortable working across strategy and execution, seeing ideas through to final outcome.
• Thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Clear, confident communicator who can bring others along on a brand journey.
• Passion for games and a players‑first mindset, caring about internal and external brand experience.
