Marketing Creative Lead

About the role

Supercell is seeking a Marketing Creative Lead to shape User Acquisition Creative across its portfolio of live games. Based in Helsinki, you will lead the UA Creative team, set strategic direction and drive ambitious creative bets that connect games with players worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire Creative Producers across live and new games, fostering autonomy and growth.
• Define and own the UA Creative strategy, building playbooks, testing methodologies and repeatable frameworks.
• Shape creative across the player journey, including playable ads, cinematic animation, ASO, interactive experiences and emerging formats.
• Manage the UA Creative portfolio, allocating investment across games, audiences, formats and channels.
• Partner with Marketing Leads, General Managers and Creative Leadership to align priorities and drive impact.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading User Acquisition Creative or creative strategy in mobile gaming or related entertainment sectors.
• Proven track record of mentoring high‑performing Creative Producers and influencing creative direction across multiple products.
• Strong knowledge of UA Creative formats such as gameplay‑based assets, playable ads, animation, ASO and social‑first content.
• Deep understanding of mobile game design, player psychology and the ability to translate mechanics into compelling acquisition creative.
• Experience building scalable creative strategy frameworks, experimentation methodologies and operating models.
