Freelance Creative Operations Manager – DACH

About the role

Shook Digital is looking for a Freelance Creative Operations Manager to lead end‑to‑end production for its DACH client base. You will originate concepts, write scripts, and manage the full lifecycle of talent, deadlines, and technical constraints to deliver high‑performing UGC assets on a rapid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Own the production workflow from concept to delivery, balancing creative quality with a 20‑day turnaround.
• Develop scripts and creative concepts yourself before any filming begins.
• Leverage an AI‑automated production platform and tools such as ElevenLabs for voice‑over.
• Source, onboard, and maintain relationships with creators, ensuring they follow briefs and meet deadlines.
• Review raw footage with a TikTok‑native eye, providing direct feedback to improve hooks and energy.
• Help refine modular ad structures (hooks, bodies, CTAs) for scalable testing.

Required profile

• Native‑level German (C1/C2) for client communication and creator briefings.
• Hands‑on experience in scriptwriting and concept development.
• Strong operational mindset; you create the spreadsheets that keep projects on track.
• Deep fluency with TikTok’s format and editing tools like CapCut.
• High agency: you act proactively when creators drop out or issues arise.
