Business Development Manager

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services is looking for a senior Business Development Manager to expand its footprint in Finland, focusing on Banking, Financial Services, Insurance and the Public sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and convert a pipeline of qualified leads and acquire select companies in Finland.
• Manage customers throughout the entire deal process, creating compelling business solutions and presenting winning bids.
• Lead large‑deal sales pursuits, develop account plans and sales strategies, and secure new revenue streams.

Required profile

• Extensive network with proven C‑level connections and experience closing high‑value deals in the target sectors.
• Strong gravitas at the CXO level, capable of engaging both executive and operational stakeholders.
• Track record in a leading IT services company, preferably with exposure to outsourcing business models and global delivery.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of IT Outsourcing (ITO) and Applications Outsourcing (AM).
• Knowledge of digital technologies, including AI, and ability to identify transformational opportunities.
