Restaurant Sales Specialist

About the role

Munchi is looking for a driven Restaurant Sales Specialist to expand its footprint across Finland. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting restaurants to closing agreements, demonstrating how Munchi’s all‑in‑one platform can replace fragmented tools, automate work, reduce costs and generate new revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new restaurant customers through cold calls, emails, in‑person visits and events.
• Conduct on‑site product demos and present tailored proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close new contracts.
• Maintain a robust pipeline, hit activity, meeting and sales targets consistently.
• Test new sales approaches and contribute to continuous improvement of the sales process.

Required profile

• Enjoy selling and are comfortable asking for the deal.
• High outbound activity tolerance; can pick up the phone and start conversations.
• Take ownership of opportunities rather than waiting for them.
• Clear communication with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Consistent follow‑up and organized pipeline management.
• Quick learner, curious about technology, automation and AI.
• Motivated by targets, progression and financial upside.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
