Sales Executive

About the role

Taxxa is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive new business and manage key accounts in the Finnish market. This full‑time, onsite position offers ownership over the sales cycle and direct interaction with the founding team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete sales process from prospecting and demos to negotiation and closing.
• Develop new business opportunities across Finland and expand existing customer relationships.
• Maintain a well‑managed pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
• Collaborate with founders and product team to channel customer feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of SaaS sales experience.
• Native‑level Finnish and fluent English; Swedish is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to manage both new business acquisition and existing accounts.
• Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, demos, negotiations and closing.
