Implementation Consultant - ONESOURCE Pagero

About the role

Thomson Reuters is looking for an Implementation Consultant in Espoo, Finland, to act as an application and solution specialist for the ONESOURCE Pagero platform. The role is dynamic, combining independent and collaborative work, and often involves managing several projects in parallel.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end-user and super-user training and make decisions on configuration and troubleshooting
• Act as a specialist in large, cross-functional and partner-led implementation projects
• Contribute to project planning and timeline management, and resolve customer support issues
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support and partner organizations, and support pre-sales activities such as software demonstrations and scoping
• Customize and configure applications to agreed specifications
• Design, develop and document project deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets
• Participate in application configuration, implementation and testing

Required profile

• 5-8 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration, preferably in e-invoicing
• Understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing compliance regulations across the EU and APAC regions
• Background as an implementation and solution consultant in large, cross-functional or partner projects
• Experience contributing to project management, resolving customer support issues and supporting pre-sales
• Ability to work with Product, Sales, Support and partners, and to customize and configure applications
