Sales Manager - Active Harmonic Filters

About the role

Merus Power, a Finnish energy storage and power quality technology company founded in 2008, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to grow its international active harmonic filter business. The role works with the partner network, customers and technical experts, and may be based at either the Ylöjärvi or Helsinki office, with regular international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the partner network across markets, guiding partners' sales through regular business reviews and supporting them in customer meetings
• Identify opportunities in new markets, customer groups and segments
• Build relationships with consultants, designers and other key stakeholders
• Manage customer accounts and sales systematically using the CRM system
• Represent Merus Power as an expert at seminars, trade fairs and customer events

Required profile

• Experience in international sales
• A proven track record in solution-based or consultative sales
• Experience selling technical products, systems or solutions
• Ability to create new business opportunities and develop existing customer relationships
• Fluent English; proficiency in other European languages such as French is an advantage; Finnish is not required
• An electrical engineering degree is valued but not strictly required

• Monthly salary of typically €5,000–€6,000 depending on experience, plus an annual performance bonus of up to about 20% of annual salary when targets are met
