Marketing Producer – Clash Royale

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Producer to drive operational excellence for Clash Royale, one of Supercell’s flagship mobile games. The role sits at the core of a new global marketing organisation, collaborating closely with the Marketing Lead and cross‑functional teams to turn strategic vision into concrete campaigns that reach millions of players worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Game Development and partners to define, execute and operationalise marketing campaigns across multiple titles.
• Support the Marketing Lead in delivering marketing initiatives and ensuring timely execution.
• Guide end‑to‑end campaign delivery, coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Track and report budget usage, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to schedules.
• Conduct quality checks on marketing materials to maintain accuracy, consistency and brand compliance.
• Manage production processes for non‑owned channels and oversee testing of new creatives, analysing results and sharing learnings.
• Maintain existing partner relationships and source new partners to enhance campaign quality and reach.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and knowledge sharing within the Marketing team.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience working on global, large‑scale marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management expertise with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.
• Passion for games and a drive to continuously improve performance.
