Development Engineer for MEMS Wafer Technology

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimize MEMS wafer processes from concept and prototyping to industrialization in Bosch semiconductor fabs.
• Plan, execute and analyse experiments, Design of Experiments (DoE) and sample runs to evaluate technical and economic feasibility.
• Lead problem‑solving tasks during development and industrialization phases, including quality assessments and process releases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional experts across Bosch’s international MEMS network.

Required profile

• Completed university studies (Master/Diploma/PhD) in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication, assertiveness, self‑drive and creativity, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Systematic, goal‑oriented working style and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Enthusiasm for complex topics and an international work environment.
