Concrete Production Technician

About the role

Join Hyperion Robotics in Espoo to help produce low‑carbon concrete foundations using both traditional casting and cutting‑edge robotic 3D‑printing technology. You will be part of a fast‑growing production team that supports the full workflow from material preparation to final inspection.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble rebar cages, set up formwork and prepare concrete mixes according to technical drawings.
• Operate the concrete casting process, including pouring, finishing and repairing concrete elements.
• Learn to run, monitor and maintain robotic 3D‑printing systems and associated production software.
• Carry out routine equipment checks, material preparation and operator‑level maintenance to keep production lines running smoothly.
• Perform basic quality inspections, document production records and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Required profile

• Practical experience in concrete, precast, ready‑mix, casting, formwork, groundworks, bricklaying, plastering or similar manufacturing environments.
• Comfortable using production tools, measuring equipment and following technical drawings, SOPs and checklists.
• Basic troubleshooting and quality‑control abilities with a strong safety‑first mindset.
• Clear English communication and a proactive, adaptable attitude.
• Motivation to learn robotic 3D‑printing technology; prior experience with concrete 3D printing is not required.
