Business Development Manager

About the role

As a Business Development Manager based at Wolt's headquarters in Kamppi, Helsinki, you will join a small, close‑knit team responsible for the full customer lifecycle – from sales and business development to account management and customer success. You will work directly with restaurants and hospitality groups across Finland, helping them adopt SevenRooms solutions such as reservations, table management, online ordering and marketing automation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales pipeline by identifying and engaging prospective restaurants and hospitality groups across Finland.
• Present the SevenRooms platform through demos and conversations, showcasing its value to operators.
• Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, negotiating, contracting and go‑live support.
• Manage and grow accounts post‑sale, creating account plans, spotting expansion opportunities and acting as a hands‑on point of contact for customer success.
• Develop strong, trusted relationships with prospects and clients, acting as an advisor throughout the process.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in technology sales, business development, or account management/customer success.
• Background in hospitality or restaurants is a strong plus.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, comfortable presenting to clients both in person and virtually.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently onsite or remotely, and open to occasional travel within Finland.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with outreach platforms like Outreach.
