Account Manager – Fixed‑Term (12‑month)

About the role

Arrive is looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market coverage for its Pay‑and‑Display and mobile payment solutions across Finland. You will be the main point of contact for customers, managing the full sales cycle and ensuring high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase Arrive’s market presence in your territory.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and cold prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers, providing excellent account management and support.
• Present and demonstrate SaaS, P&D systems and mobile payment solutions to decision‑makers.
• Support implementation phases and identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Keep Salesforce CRM up to date with accurate documentation of sales activities.
• Travel frequently (about 60% of working time) to meet customers on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of commercial experience, preferably in key account management within parking, smart‑city or tech environments.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and strong negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Finnish (native) and good English (B2/C1) for internal communication.
