Digital Sales Leader – Motion Services

About the role

ABB Motion Services is looking for a Digital Sales Leader to drive growth of the ABB Ability Powertrain portfolio across multiple industries in Finland. The role will be based in Helsinki (with options for Tampere or Oulu) and reports to the Local Division Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute outbound sales activities to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of enterprise SaaS and digital solutions.
• Run full‑cycle sales processes including discovery, qualification, demos, proposals and closing.
• Develop account expansion strategies for target sectors such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power, Data Centers and other mission‑critical industries.
• Collaborate with local sales units, global sales, operations and marketing to optimise funnel performance.
• Provide accurate forecasts, set sales targets and ensure quarterly and annual goals are met.

Required profile

• Approximately 8 years of experience selling enterprise SaaS, cloud or digital solutions in B2B environments.
• Proven ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams and engage C‑level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of digital IT/OT environments and industrial markets.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, with a Bachelor’s in engineering, information systems or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
