About the role

We are looking for a Night Welcome Office Agent to lead the front‑desk operations during the night shift at Clarion Hotel Aviapolis. The role ensures a seamless, premium experience for guests from check‑in to check‑out, reflecting the brand’s urban‑style hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily front‑office tasks during the night shift, including bookings, payments and guest inquiries.
• Deliver Clarion’s promise of style, quality and energy by providing personalized, high‑quality service to every guest.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth, elevated guest experience throughout the property.

Required profile

• Passion for creating genuine, warm and unforgettable guest experiences.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward upselling and enrollment.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer‑service roles.
• Finnish residency with a valid work permit and fluency in Finnish and English.
