Hospitality & Facilities Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Hospitality & Facilities Coordinator to join our Business Services team in Helsinki. In this role you will support both our people and clients, ensuring a high‑quality experience across the office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the reception area and supervise the junior trainee team.
• Take ownership of internal and client‑facing events, including catering coordination.
• Maintain the representativeness, functionality and tidiness of client‑facing and workspace areas.
• Develop and oversee office facilities, ensuring a pleasant environment for visitors and staff.
• Arrange meetings, manage calendars, visitor‑management system and incoming calls.

Required profile

• Previous experience in high‑quality customer service within upscale hotels, conference services, hospitality or a professional services firm.
• Proven ability to lead a team and handle a wide range of administrative tasks.
• Fluency in Finnish and English, strong IT aptitude and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining service quality.
