About the role

Hotel Kämp, Finland’s most prestigious five‑star hotel, is launching a new culinary chapter after a major renovation. We are seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen of Restaurant Ala Kämp, delivering timeless elegance and uncompromising quality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare top‑tier dishes that showcase respect for ingredients and masterful craftsmanship.
• Develop technical skills and creativity while working alongside the country’s finest culinary professionals.
• Work flexibly across multiple kitchen stations, ensuring seamless operation of all departments.
• Lead and inspire the kitchen team, coordinating with shift chefs to maintain high standards.

Required profile

• At least 6 years of experience in a high‑level à la carte kitchen as a Head Chef.
• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure during busy service.
• Positive, ambitious team player who leads by example.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.
