Strategic Account Manager – Helsinki region

About the role

Future Electronics is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to support its EMEA team, focusing on the Helsinki region in Finland. The role is centred on building and expanding relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive bookings and billings for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify allocated accounts, determine potential, and select the appropriate sales channel.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and implement the company’s go‑to‑market strategy.
• Conduct a minimum of six in‑person account visits per week to present the company’s value proposition.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and activity records in the CRM system.
• Identify and develop new design opportunities with technical support.
• Review quote dashboards daily and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate on block diagram reviews with FAE, line manager, and suppliers.

Required profile

• Proven sales track record in electronic components distribution or a similar industry.
• Clear communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Commercially astute, highly organised and self‑motivated.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the electronics distribution market; supplier knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
