Sales Coordinator – Helsinki

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join its Commercial team in Finland. You will support sales, marketing, communications and events across the Finnish market while acting as a bridge between the local office, Dubai headquarters and Nordic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Commercial and Sales team with daily activities that drive growth in the Finnish market.
• Handle BSP‑related tasks, refunds and ADA/ADM/ACM cases.
• Process and coordinate special tickets such as AD, FAM and PEP.
• Provide local marketing support, coordinate campaign briefings and manage translations and approvals.
• Maintain sales and marketing assets, including images, PowerPoint templates and videos.
• Coordinate events, sponsorships and workshops, managing invitations, RSVPs and CRM updates.
• Manage promotional giveaway stock and create prizewinner letters.
• Maintain trade contact lists, liaise with the National Consumer Disputes Board and support legal enquiries.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, commercial, marketing, communications or administrative support.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Finnish and English.
• Unrestricted right to live and work in Finland.
• ‘A’ Level standard education or equivalent.
