Senior Customer Success Manager – Nordics

About the role

As a Senior Customer Success Manager for the Nordics, you will guide enterprise customers through the entire journey of adopting Constructor.io’s product search and discovery platform, ensuring they achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from kickoff, launch, adoption, to ongoing value realization.
• Build trusted relationships across complex enterprise organizations, engaging with engineers, data and product teams, as well as senior executives up to C‑level.
• Understand the goals and influence of different customer personas and align stakeholders around a shared success plan.
• Translate technical concepts, product capabilities, and performance data into clear business value such as conversion, revenue, and operational efficiency.
• Plan and lead effective Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), communicating impact, facilitating strategic conversations, and aligning next steps.
• Identify risks, blockers, and changing requirements to keep projects on track.
