Sales Executive – North America

About the role

Secto Design, a Finnish family‑owned lighting brand, is expanding its presence in North America. Reporting to the Director of Sales, Americas, the Sales Executive will drive growth across the region while working from a hybrid base in Kauniainen, Finland, with frequent travel to the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve commercial targets and strengthen the Secto Design brand across North America.
• Develop and maintain relationships with independent sales representatives, dealers, architects, interior designers and distribution partners.
• Identify, onboard and support new dealers and representatives to expand market coverage.
• Guide architects, interior designers and end‑customers through the sales process.
• Coordinate inventory levels at the North American warehouse and anticipate demand.
• Represent Secto Design at trade shows, customer events and industry exhibitions.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to support strategic decisions.
• Act as the primary liaison between the North American warehouse, sales network and headquarters in Finland.
