Regional Sales Manager – Nordics (Marine)

About the role

SPX AtoN is seeking a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand its marine Aids to Navigation business across the Nordic countries. Based in Porvoo, Finland, you will work in a hybrid setting, travelling 2–3 times per month to meet customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic government and commercial marine accounts in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark.
• Lead public tenders and identify new project opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and partners.
• Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle.
• Travel across the region regularly to support account activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sales or key‑account management.
• Technical or engineering background.
• Experience handling public tenders or working with government customers.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Based within commuting distance of Porvoo and able to work from the office.
• Marine industry experience is a plus.
