Project Manager – iGaming Platform

About the role

Finnplay Technologies Oy, a Finnish software developer of iGaming platform technology and part of Entain Group, is looking for an experienced, organized and detail-oriented Project Manager in Espoo. You will lead a project team and share responsibility for delivering the company's platform and services to clients. The role is based in the office, with at least two days per week in Espoo.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team so that priorities are aligned and shared goals are delivered on time.
• Gather, analyse and refine business and technical requirements, support estimation and keep documentation clear.
• Plan and coordinate client frontend development, including version control, release planning and quality standards.
• Oversee test planning and execution, manage test scope and resources and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Support audits and help the Compliance team by providing the scope of recent changes.
• Plan and supervise releases with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth deployments and audit readiness.
• Monitor, prioritise and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution and continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or relevant experience.
• Project management experience in the software industry.
• Experience leading a software development team.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage several projects at once.
• Strong experience with requirement gathering and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Finnish language skills.
