Integration Support Engineer

About the role

Finnplay Technologies Oy, a Finnish software developer of iGaming platform technology, is looking for an experienced Integration Support Engineer to join its integration support team in Espoo. The team is one of the main points of contact for customers, and the role requires excellent communication skills and a strong desire to help them. The work is done in a hybrid model, with two days a week at the office.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve game and payment-related inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders
• Support stage and production site releases
• Support the rollout of products and new site launches
• Collaborate with Game Providers and Payment Service Providers across different verticals
• Manage back-office configurations
• Deliver a high standard of client service and resolve technical and setup issues to the customer's satisfaction
• Escalate issues to the immediate manager in a timely manner

Required profile

• MS or BS degree in computer science or information technology
• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
• Motivated self-starter with strong ownership and accountability

Required skills

• Jira, Postman, Kibana and MySQL
• Nice to have: knowledge of games, payments or the iGaming industry; experience with KYC/AML providers and third-party integrations
