People Operations Specialist – Nordic Region

About the role

RELEX Solutions is looking for a People Operations Specialist to support its Nordic workforce. The role is based in either Helsinki, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden and will partner with teams across Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support on time‑off, benefits, compensation and related queries.
• Maintain accurate HR data and act as the primary contact for the external payroll provider.
• Collaborate with People Team leads to continuously improve HR processes and policies.

Required profile

• Hands‑on mindset with a strong focus on delivering results.
• Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with HR data management.
• Familiarity with payroll coordination and external payroll vendors.
