Platform Hiring Partner

About the role

As a Platform Hiring Partner you will own business readiness, attraction and pipeline health for Wolt Market across the North region. You will translate business needs into hiring plans, coordinate with marketing and sourcing partners, and ensure smooth execution of hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business demand into validated hiring plans, aligning with workforce strategy, timing and cost expectations.
• Set up approved headcount and role requirements in the hiring platform and activate roles with the Platform Hiring team.
• Own relationships with Marketing, Employer Brand and sourcing partners to drive top‑of‑funnel strategy.
• Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, drop‑offs and hiring dates, providing proactive updates to stakeholders.
• Advise business leaders on hiring strategy, market conditions, location, timing, quality and delivery trade‑offs using funnel and talent‑market evidence.
• Deploy targeted sourcing interventions or coordinate specialist support when pipeline volume declines.
• Coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR and local operations.
• Identify recurring friction, propose automation or AI solutions, and track their impact on manual work and decision speed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruiting, high‑volume hiring or recruiting operations.
• 3+ years of experience influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate hiring demand into practical plans and manage dependencies.
• Strong business judgment, clear communication and a focus on candidate experience.
• Comfortable managing a defined business portfolio and proactively mitigating hiring risks.

Required skills

• Experience with Fountain recruiting platform.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Proficiency in building and interpreting dashboards.
• Knowledge of workflow automation and continuous‑improvement tools.
