PCB Assembly Line Operator

About the role

Epec is a technology company in Seinäjoki that designs and manufactures control systems, electronics and power lines for industrial machines and commercial vehicles. Its electronics production includes a modern PCB assembly line, and the company is looking for an experienced team member to run it. The work is shift-based, mostly standing and moving between machines.

Key responsibilities

• Run the assembly line according to the ERP system's work queue, keeping both the machine and the quality of work in order throughout the process.
• Prepare the line runs and operate equipment across all stages: conveyors, laser printer, paste dispenser, pick-and-place machines, reflow oven, AOI (automated optical inspection), selective soldering machine and paint line.
• Maintain and clean the machines and record production in the ERP system.

Required profile

• Previous experience in similar roles in electronics manufacturing and a suitable qualification.
• Quick, proactive approach and genuine motivation to learn new things.
• Good teamwork, speaking up when something looks wrong, and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work shifts.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Sufficient English to read documents and understand machine interfaces.
