Lead, People Enablement & Transformation

About the role

Reaktor is looking for a senior leader to redesign its People & Culture services end‑to‑end, placing AI at the core of the operating model. This horizontal role will connect multiple P&C teams, ensuring a seamless, Reaktor‑grade experience for every employee.

Key responsibilities

• Run the People & Culture portfolio and integrated annual calendar, providing a single view of cross‑team initiatives.
• Build a shared‑context model that enables people and AI agents to work from the same understanding of P&C processes.
• Design end‑to‑end people services, set service standards, and measure performance against them.
• Lead transformation initiatives that cut across P&C, shaping the operating model and change network.
• Enable AI‑driven workflows, prove their value with owning teams, and drive adoption.

Required profile

• 10+ years in transformation, PMO, service design or operating‑model roles, preferably within global People teams.
• Proven experience designing end‑to‑end HR services and mapping employee journeys.
• Strong portfolio‑governance track record with clear decision‑making frameworks.
• Hands‑on fluency with AI concepts and practical implementation of agentic workflows.
• Excellent written communication and structured thinking; ability to summarise facts, options and recommendations on a single page.
