About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Experiences Coordinator to join Northern Lights Village in Levi. The role focuses on organising the daily guest experiences, ensuring smooth operations for wilderness guides and guest‑service attendants, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and scheduling for all daily experiences and activities.
• Prepare and manage equipment, supplies, and venues required for each experience.
• Liaise with wilderness guides and guest‑service staff to align operational needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and arrange replenishment as needed.
• Collect and process guest feedback to continuously improve the experience offering.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting on experience performance.
