Guest Services Attendant – Driving & Guest Support

About the role

As a Guest Services Attendant at Northern Lights Village you will be the first point of contact for international visitors arriving in Finnish Lapland. The role combines friendly guest interaction with practical duties such as driving, luggage handling and guiding guests to their safari start points.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they enter the resort
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about services
• Drive guests to and from the airport, cabins and other destinations
• Arrange additional transportation as needed
• Handle luggage and help guests collect winter gear upon arrival
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the Safari House

Required profile

• Friendly, kind and entertaining personality
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility

Required skills

• Valid driver’s licence and safe driving record
• Experience with luggage handling and basic vehicle operation
• Basic knowledge of winter equipment handling
