Sales Manager – Finland

About the role

ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation (RTI) is looking for a Sales Manager based in Finland to join its Nordic Sales team. The role serves customers in the marine, offshore and process industries and involves regular travel across the Nordic region, with an expected travel activity of more than 60 days per year.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and develop sales activities in Finland, supporting projects, contracting and distribution business
• Build long-term relationships with engineers, installers, contractors and distributors
• Manage projects through the full sales cycle, from early specification to final delivery
• Use technical sales tools, margin calculations and tailored customer solutions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across RTI and the ROCKWOOL Group
• Take part in Nordic sales planning, forecasting and go-to-market initiatives
• Represent ROCKWOOL at customer events, site visits and industry forums

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales, preferably in construction, marine or process industries
• Experience in project sales and distribution channels with a strong commercial mindset
• Ability to turn technical product knowledge into customer value and commercial results
• Fluent Finnish and English (written and spoken)
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively in the region
