Spare Parts Sales Representative – Jyväskylä

About the role

Ponsse, a manufacturer of cut-to-length forest machines, is hiring a spare parts sales representative for its Jyväskylä service centre on a fixed-term basis until 31 December 2027. You will act as the customer interface, selling spare parts and accessories for forestry machines and handling after-sales service, working closely with maintenance and machine sales specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Selling spare parts and accessories for forestry machines and providing customer service
• Warehouse management, receiving warehouse orders and sending customer orders
• Handling spare parts needs of maintenance customers
• Promoting Ponsse Collection products

Required profile

• Sales mindset and an active approach to customer service
• Experience in technical sales or spare parts sales; knowledge of the forestry machinery sector is an advantage
• Customer-oriented attitude and good communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team, flexible and eager to learn
