Sales Business Manager, Foot & Ankle

About the role

Stryker is looking for a Sales Business Manager for its Foot & Ankle product portfolio in Finland, based in the middle or southern part of the country. The role is field-based, with about 70% travel, and is a senior individual contributor position responsible for sustainable sales performance, customer value and commercial growth. It starts with a familiarisation phase of training.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall sales performance for assigned territories and accounts, driving revenue growth, market share and pipeline progression
• Develop and maintain territory and account plans, using market knowledge, customer feedback and data to guide business decisions
• Support tenders and lead complex sales opportunities from qualification through close, understanding customer needs and approval processes
• Prepare and run advanced customer discussions and negotiations, positioning value-based solutions
• Build long-term relationships with clinical, commercial and administrative stakeholders and provide regular clinical support in the operating room
• Act as a trusted advisor and mentor junior colleagues, sharing best practice and supporting onboarding

Required profile

• Degree or diploma, preferably in business, physiotherapy, nursing, healthcare or another relevant field
• 5+ years of work experience, including sales experience in MedTech, BioTech, pharmaceuticals, healthcare or related sectors
• For internal Stryker candidates: 3+ years of PTQ achievement, with PTQ achieved in the current year
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across Finland
• Preferred: experience in orthopaedics, foot & ankle or a clinical/surgical setting
