Sales Advisor, 5 Hours - Temporary

About the role

H&M is hiring Sales Advisors for temporary contracts of 5 hours each, starting 1 December 2026 and ending 31 March 2027. The position is based in the Rovaniemi H&M store. Communication in the store is in Finnish, so the CV should be sent in Finnish as well.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, guide them through the store and help them find what they need while showcasing the products.
• Share fashion and product knowledge so customers can make informed choices.
• Work with the team to deliver good service throughout the customer journey.
• Keep the sales floor and back of house well stocked, organised and inviting.
• Help with opening and closing the store.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail or a similar field.
• Ability to provide an excellent customer experience in Finnish.
• Passion for fashion and for delivering an in-store experience that drives sales.
• Thrives in collaborative, dynamic environments and is flexible and action-oriented.
