Quality Manager

About the role

John Sisk & Son is looking for a Quality Manager to join its Data Centre team in Finland. The role focuses on overseeing project quality assurance and control, ensuring that site activities and installation processes meet the highest standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and promote the quality message on site, managing all quality activities and installation processes.
• Act as the liaison between on‑site works and the Sisk Site Management Team to address customer requirements.
• Prepare benchmarks in line with technical submittals and contract requirements for client and design team review.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of quality documentation for installation and handover.
• Support walk‑down processes (W1, W2, W3) and drive compliance with Sisk management systems.
• Deliver training and guidance on quality systems and best practices to staff and suppliers.
• Collect, organise, and maintain quality data, monitor performance, and report on improvement areas.
• Manage non‑conformances, defects, and audit close‑outs, and conduct quality health checks and site inspections.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction quality assurance and control, preferably on data‑centre or similar projects.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and ability to implement them on site.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with site teams, package managers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead training sessions and promote a culture of quality awareness.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Sisk management systems and Q10s.
• Experience with quality documentation, audits, and non‑conformance handling.
• Ability to analyse quality data and generate KPI reports.
