About the role

As a Mechanical Project Manager you will be pivotal to the development and completion of mechanical projects, handling organisation, scheduling and implementation. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to deliver cutting‑edge solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, schedule and implement mechanical project activities from pre‑construction through commissioning and handover.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers and industry experts to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage combined Mechanical/Electrical projects where required, maintaining commercial and contractual competence.
• Oversee project P&L and ensure financial performance aligns with targets.
• Lead and develop a core cross‑functional team to achieve project goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience post‑qualification in mechanical or building services engineering.
• Relevant third‑level qualification (Mechanical / Building Services Engineering) is essential.
• Proven experience managing medium to large‑scale building services projects.
• Experience in healthcare projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Strong IT skills.
• Knowledge of CSA programmes and related activities.
