Purchasing Manager – Professional Services

About the role

KONE is seeking a Purchasing Manager for Professional Services to lead category planning and procurement across multiple business functions. You will work closely with senior leaders, global category managers and key stakeholders to shape supplier strategies and deliver commercial impact at a global scale.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for professional services such as finance, legal, consulting, marketing, HR and business applications.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration to ensure alignment and successful implementation of category plans.
• Manage supplier relationships to improve performance, reduce costs, enhance quality and support sustainability goals.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for assigned categories and drive global transformation programs.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving opportunities and support change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in purchasing, category management or procurement, preferably in a global or indirect‑purchasing environment.
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence demand management.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
