Team Support (Fixed-term)

About the role

Supercell, a games company from Helsinki, is looking for a fixed-term (12 months) Team Support to help its central teams do their best work every day. You will handle travel, team days, offsites and events so that the people you support can focus on their own work. The role is based in the Helsinki office, with occasional remote days and some travelling expected.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands-on administrative support for designated teams, from benefits questions to daily operations
• Plan and coordinate complex travel, including international and multi-team trips, covering flights, hotels and ground transport
• Plan and run team days, offsites and internal events
• Work with central team leads to understand their upcoming needs and plan support proactively
• Collaborate with other Team Support colleagues to align how teams are supported globally

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in team support, travel arrangements and/or event production, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment
• A relevant educational background, such as executive assistant studies, hospitality management or business administration
• Experience in a growing or scaling company where support processes evolved, improved or became more automated
• Ability to manage many moving parts and communicate clearly and collaboratively
• Interest in supporting others and a self-starter approach to AI in everyday work
