Improper Payment Prevention Super User (French Speaking, Maternity Cover)

About the role

GE HealthCare is hiring a French-speaking Improper Payment Prevention Super User to cover maternity leave. The role acts as a subject matter expert in AST (Aggregate Spend Tool) and a key enabler of compliant, accurate and efficient execution of Global Interactions transactions. It ensures engagements are correctly translated into system workflows, with high standards of data quality, documentation integrity and policy compliance, and links business teams with the IPP Center of Excellence. The position covers mainly French-speaking countries and is a fixed-term maternity cover contract of 18 months.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage IPP workflows in AST through initiation, approval and closure, translating business inputs from Transaction Owners into structured system entries and submitting them on time according to GIP requirements.
• Maintain accurate data entry and upload and manage the required documentation so that system data matches supporting evidence.
• Apply Global Interactions Policy requirements to each transaction and ensure contracts, approvals and proof of delivery are complete and audit-ready.
• Support purchase order creation via AST/Agora, coordinate invoice processing and proof of delivery validation, follow up on payments and close workflows once all requirements are met.
• Act as a liaison between Transaction Owners, Finance, Compliance and the IPP COE, triage queries and follow up on missing inputs to reduce cycle times.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong expertise in process execution and system-driven workflows (AST or similar tools preferred).
• Attention to detail, ability to handle several transactions in parallel, and strong stakeholder management skills.
