Process Developer Finance and Accounting

About the role

INFICON Aaland Ab, the Åland group company with around 120 employees, is looking for a Process Developer to join its finance and accounting department in Mariehamn. The role focuses on developing and streamlining cash-flow processes and requires good spoken and written Swedish and English. It is a project employment planned for one year, with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and streamline the purchasing process, from order registration to receipt of invoice.
• Develop and streamline the invoice handling process, from receipt and approval to payment via bank.
• Automate and streamline cash flow forecasting.
• Take part in the transition to a new version of the ERP system.
• Work closely with teams in Mariehamn and with colleagues in the INFICON Group in Liechtenstein, Germany and the USA to align ways of working with Group processes.

Required profile

• Degree in finance or business administration.
• Experience of similar processes.
• Problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
• Practical and solution-oriented, able to drive and coordinate improvement initiatives from start to finish.
• Ability to work independently and as part of several teams.
• Good oral and written Swedish and English.

Required skills

• Experience of SAP is an advantage.
