Key Account Manager - Hematology

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Key Account Manager for its hematology therapeutic area, working in Finland (preferably the central or northern regions). The role is full-time and sits in the pharmaceutical sales function, with the aim of meeting sales targets for the product portfolio while aligning account activities with the brand strategy and local customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and business results in the assigned territory by executing the brand plan at account level.
• Maintain and build partnerships with customer groups in the therapeutic area.
• Analyse territory sales data and customer insights to develop account plans aligned with the country business strategy and brand plan.
• Plan sales activities using CRM tools such as iConnect, and coordinate account activities with cross-functional teams.
• Share best practices with other Key Account Managers and embrace continuous learning of sales and medical knowledge.
• Carry out all activities in compliance with ethics, legal requirements and the J&J Credo, including timely adverse event and quality complaint reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of work experience in comparable roles preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or a similar industry preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High proficiency in spoken and written Finnish and English required.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
• Account management, business acumen, networking and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

What we offer

• Anticipated base pay of EUR 64,600 to 104,880.
• Annual bonus and/or sales commissions depending on performance.
